Effective from: 25th April, 2025
By participating in the Academiquirk Referral Program, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully to ensure your eligibility and to make the most out of the program.
1. Definitions

Referrer: A current Academiquirk member with an active account.

Referee: A new user who signs up using the Referrer’s unique referral link.
2. How It Works

The Referrer shares their unique referral link with friends, family, or classmates.

The Referee must be a new user and must place and pay for an order using the referral link.

Once the order is completed and verified, the Referrer receives a $25 credit in their Academiquirk wallet.

The Referee will automatically receive 10% off their first order.
3. Eligibility

You must have an active Academiquirk account in good standing to participate.

The Referee must be a new user who has never signed up or placed an order with Academiquirk before.

Referrals must be genuine — self-referrals or creating fake accounts is strictly prohibited.
4. Rewards & Usage

Referral rewards are added as account credits and can only be used for future orders on Academiquirk.

Referral credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn.

Credits may expire if not used within [6 months] of being awarded.
5. Limitations & Fair Use
To maintain a fair system:

Spamming your referral link or promoting it through paid ads is not allowed.

Bulk email campaigns, misleading promotions, or fake endorsements will result in disqualification.

Academiquirk reserves the right to monitor, suspend, or terminate accounts violating these terms.
6. Program Changes
Academiquirk reserves the right to modify or end the Referral Program at any time, without prior notice. Rewards and discounts may change based on promotional periods or updates to the service.
