Full refunds are available within 14 days if no work has been delivered. After delivery, we offer unlimited revisions for 30 days to meet the agreed scope.
Customers can initiate refunds by mailing “[email protected]” with their concern and payment screenshot reference number and date of payment made.
Once admin approve a refund and initiate it will take 5-10 business days for the funds to arrive back in the original payment method of customer.
We appreciate integrity policies of academic institutions and hence after submission we hold no responsibility for the performance of your work, and hence no refunds will be issued after submission.
